Common inquiries

Frequently asked questions

Quick guidance on software compatibility, licencing terms, and scientific reproduction.

Which operating systems are supported?

All TableCurve 9 and PeakLab editions run on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. See system requirements in the product brochure for details on RAM and GPU recommendations.

How do I activate or move my licence to a new machine?

Open Help → Licence Activation inside the application. To move a licence, deactivate it on the existing machine first, then activate on the new machine with the same key.

Where do I download a trial or the latest build?

Trials and the current release are available from the official Downloads page on uat3.r2nsoftware.com. Trials include the complete scientific equation library enabled.

Can I get academic pricing?

Yes — academic pricing applies to accredited degree-granting institutions on every software edition, for both annual subscriptions and perpetual licences. Mention your institution in your support ticket or contact sales.

My fit result looks unexpected — what should I attach to a ticket?

Attach your project file (.TC9 or .PKL), a screenshot of the ranked equation list, and a short description of the data source. This allows support to reproduce your results exactly.

What is the difference between sales and support?

Use this support portal for technical troubleshooting, licence transfers, bug reports, and math algorithm guidance. For quotes, volume licensing, and purchase orders, visit Contact Sales.
